When you receive your probes, you have 30 days to return them to us for a full refund, for any reason or for no reason at all. We’ve never had one returned, so we’re confident that we can offer this guarantee.

A reminder, our rebuilt probes are upgraded. When we refurbish them we use both superior internal components and superior external components. That’s why we offer an entire year warranty instead of the three to six months provided by other vendors. You can tell the difference externally, but please don’t open the probes to see the inside upgrades. This will break the seals we put on the rebuilt & upgraded probes and void our warranty.
